By opting in to the Rights of Passage SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding event reminders, meeting notifications, program updates, and organizational communications. This is a recurring message program, and message frequency will vary based on organizational activities and events.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Rights of Passage at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older (or have parental consent) to subscribe.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other carriers. However, service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rights of Passage and its affiliates make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the SMS messaging service. We do not guarantee message delivery or timing, as these depend on your wireless carrier and network conditions. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message transmission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
